There are certain tricks to using law of attraction to easily manifest what you want, but in order to do so you have to stop using the law of attraction, sleep, and your subconscious mind in negative ways.

Go to sleep when your not tired ..15 -30 min before you sleep
1. Calm your mind - awareness in your body
2. Choose your desire
3. See yourself as far posible with ur desire
4. Tune into the feeling - dial up the feeling of being blessed nd grateful etc
5. Postive emotions - what are the postive reason you want this ...
6. Anchor the emotion - when its at its peak - in ur fist or thumb
7. Affirmation - seal it - give thanks to the universe
Eg. I feel more healthy than ive ever done before
I love my life.....
8. Go to sleep immediatly
9. Wake up - still ur mind
10. Live mindfully, open to what coming to you, keep space in your life
